The mentorship is built around each selected leader’s path.
Headed to university? Arrive with real-world experience, a clear direction and a story nobody else has. Going the entrepreneurial route? Start with the knowledge, tools and guidance most founders spend years chasing. Both roads begin at the same place: on the starting line at 18, already moving.
And selected leaders don’t keep it to themselves. As near-future leaders, they show the kids coming up behind them what getting ahead looks like.
